Diana Aguiar Vieira, from Polytechnic Institute of Porto (CEOS.PP – ISCAP P.PORTO), presented the paper “Self-efficacy and 1st Year College Student Academic Achievement: A longitudinal study” at the European Conference on Educational Research (ECER) in Denmark at University College UCC Copenhagen - Carlsberg, 22 - 25 August 2017. This paper was co-authored by Leandro da Silva Almeida from University of Minho, Portugal.
Diana Aguiar Vieira founded the International Conference on Alumni Relations - ICAReAlumni - in 2016. The 2nd edition of this Conference took place at Polytechnic of Porto, ISCAP, 11-12 may 2017.

Diana has been passionately dedicated to enhancing graduates’ employability for almost two decades. She started to help graduates in the context of Career Development Offices in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). In the last years she has been developing a more integrated approach linked to Alumni Relations.
